ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
When will my order arrive?
Our delivery time is usually 3-10 days and we do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible to ensure on-time delivery. Sometimes, orders may take longer to be delivered, based on your location or due to unforeseen delays. In case it has been too long and your order has not arrived, please get in touch with us and we shall help you in the best possible way.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel it now?
If you placed an order and want to cancel it for any reason, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with the cancellation. However, please note that cancellation requests will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! We accept returns and exchanges for 3 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain products like socks are not eligible for exchange or returns due to reasons of hygiene.
How can I exchange/ return my order?
To exchange/ return your order, please drop us an email at email@example.com, stating your order details and reason(s) for exchange/ return within 48 hours of delivery of your package. Once your request is approved, you can ship the item(s) back to us.
A refund coupon code will be issued for the returned item(s), which will be usable on our website for 365 days from its issue.
Please note that in case of returns and exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be borne by the customer. However, in case of return of a defective product, we will refund your shipping expense.
If your order included a free gift/combo offer product, they will have to be returned with the original product.
I want to exchange my order. When will the new item arrive?
To exchange a product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ship the product(s) to us. The new product(s) shall be shipped to you as soon as the returned products are received and approved. Normal shipping time and costs will be applicable thereafter.
The item I received was defective/ damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry your product arrived damaged. Please write to us at email@example.com informing us about the defect/ damage within 48 hours of delivery of the product, and we shall be happy to resolve your concerns. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at the earliest at no extra costs.

Do you charge extra for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the total amount of the order and the payment method chosen by you.
Prepaid orders above Rs 299 are shipped free, and are charged at Rs 35/order below Rs 299. Shipping for cash on delivery orders is Rs 49
All orders above Rs 999 are shipped for free!
Which modes of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through cash on delivery, as well as all leading debit/credit cards, netbanking, and online wallets. In case you need assistance with any other mode of payment, please write to us or DM us on instagram.com/knickknacknook or facebook.com/knickknacknook and we will help you with your order.
